-Project: from 380-480 flats making a „village”
-Location: Forcalquier, Alpes de Haute Provence, France
-Site: 218000 m2 site, construction area: 168000 m2, the remaining area is a green area

The general plan: – A „Provence-style” village from the beginning of the 20th century mixed with the modern technology

- Preserving the builiding style of Prevence with green roofs, computer control, solar cells, garages with elevator and other innovative ideas

- Target customers:
◦ 60 social housing (with 3,4,5 rooms)
◦ 300 medium quality flats (with 2,3,4,5 rooms; one-, two-, or three levels)
◦ 120 high quality flats (2,3,4,5,6 rooms, two or three levels; special flats, tower building, single house, with unique architectural parts)

It is important to plan (because of the needs) mainly in the case of the medium and high qualitiy flats: small inner court, terrace, pool, cellar, garage and parking (per a flat).
